Current status

The live site is currently focused on the metronome itself and does not rely on product-pushing inside the core tool experience.

How monetization is intended to work

  1. A reader uses the free metronome or reaches a future page tied to a real practice problem.
  2. The reader reaches a deeper article or recommendation only when it clearly matches that problem.
  3. Any paid relationship or partner link is labeled before the click.

Where partner links may appear later

  • Future follow-up pages about tools, courses, or practice setups.
  • Comparison pages tied to a specific beginner use case.
  • Resource boxes inside educational pages when the recommendation is genuinely relevant.

The metronome page itself is expected to remain a clean tool page first.

Disclosure rules

Labels

We plan to use clear labels such as “Affiliate link,” “Partner link,” or “Sponsored recommendation” near the point of interaction.

Link handling

Paid or partner links will use the appropriate HTML attributes and disclosure copy for the market we operate in.

Editorial principles

  • Problem fit matters more than payout size.
  • Beginner trust matters more than squeezing extra clicks out of the tool page.
  • If a recommendation stops being relevant or reliable, it should be removed.
  • Region- or language-specific rules should be rechecked before launch.
